Joining Us

The Arts Society North Herts has over 200 members. Lectures are held on the first Thursday of every month except January and June at 11am-12.20 am. New members are welcome.

The current annual subscription is £48.00 for full members, or £25 for those joining after August for that year. As part of the membership cost you will receive a quarterly arts review from The Arts Society and you will be able to join the local branch on visits and study days throughout the year.

Visit Us

Visitors are most welcome to all of our lectures. The cost is £7 and will be refunded if you choose to join on the day of your visit between March and December. There is no need to book – just come to the lecture of your choice (mornings only) and pay at the box office. 

Members of other branches of The Arts Society are most welcome at a reduced charge of £3.

Affiliate Membership - available for anyone who would like to be part of our organisation but are unable to commit to regular monthly lectures.  Cost just £20 per year. For full details visit the national TAS site by clicking -  https://theartssociety.org/member-benefits.  Affiliate Members are very welcome to attend any of our lectures as a visitor. There is no need to book in advance.

Gift Aid - The Gift Aid declaration form is provided with the membership form . If you are eligible please complete this to enable us to claim the tax back on your membership fee and return to the membership secretary.
